If we don't already know you, a small deposit will be required to lock in your dates.
We are pet friendly however if you would like your fur babies to stay, we will ask for an additional 'pet bond' of $200 which will go straight to the cleaner if the hair and general condition of the house requires additional cleaning. We are very happy to refund this if additional cleaning is not required.
We do ask that pets stay off the furniture and that guests help us keep the house tidy upon departure, which helps keep our cleaner happy and our costs down. Without our amazing caretakers we wouldn't be able to share this amazing piece of paradise! 🌴🌴
We respect our lovely neighbours and this quiet community so strictly no large parties.
